Happy Easter (and happy long weekend!)
I don't know about your family but in my house on Easter it's a bit of a tradition (courtesy of our Jamaican background) to eat fried fish and bun & cheese. And it's customary for it to be cooked the day before...not on Easter day itself.

Now, it's not your regular type of bun...but I don't know how to describe it so you'll just have to trust me on that one lol.
