Apartment Wishlist

- Front entrance/hall (as opposed to front doors that open directly into the living space)
- Hardwood floors (harder to find in certain parts of Toronto)
- Clean (ummm....no rodents)
- Small walk-up/low-rise building
- Easy access to public transportation
- Close to groccery store and other stuff
- Clean building
- Utilites included in rent
- Reasonable rent (I have a specific budget in mind)
- Safe area (of course!)
